Providing distribution
and access
to high quality pollution prevention information
Those who serve businesses and consumers need easy, one-point access to current,
quality information. The Region 8 Web Library can help you find pollution prevention
(P2) resources for small businesses, agencies, assistance providers, teachers,
youth, and the general public on the Internet.
- Search for P2 resources published by state and local programs in Colorado,
Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming using the Virtual
Card Catalog.
- Peaks to Prairies has Web-published sector resources in several focus areas
including: tribal P2, auto body shops, green home construction, outdoor recreation
and education. A quick list to these can be found in Business
and Education Features.
- The Help Desk provides library research
assistance for your P2 questions.
- P2 Bookmarks provides a quick reference to
resources on the Web on a variety of common subjects.
You may also access and search national collections of P2 resources by linking
to Other Libraries and you are invited to submit
your resources to be considered for inclusion in regional and national collections.
Material collection is governed and maintained according to the
Library Collection Development Policy.
Hard-copy Reference Library
The Center maintains a library of hard-copy only resources that can be made
available on a limited basis. The Peaks to Prairies librarian can help you identify
resources that meet your needs and fax a list of what's available. Your question
may be answered by a simple fax or e-mail without requiring a formal loan. Contact
