Effluent Guidelines Program Plan for 2002/2003

This document describes the Environmental Protection Agency's ongoing guideline development efforts. It identifies industrial categories for which effluent guidelines and standards will be developed and sets forth a schedule for developing regulations. Builders and developers engaged in construction, development and redevelopment have been given a final action date of March, 2004.
