Transportation Improvement Plan
Abstract: The Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21) requires each state and metropolitan area, as well as federal lands management agencies such as the National Park Service, to develop a Transportation Improvement Program. The plan is a prioritized list of transportation projects and is intended for use by interested citizens, state, metropolitan, and local governments. It includes a listing of transportation projects by state, region and park.
