The Office provides a combination of informational and educational environmental services including: a wide range of printed, electronic and video format environmental information; copies of rules and regulations and permitting requirement explanations; public presentations and displays; personal visits to locations statewide; answers to telephone and e-mail inquiries. All services are provided free of charge. The office is staffed with four positions: Small Business Ombudsman, Small Business Assistance Coordinator, Pollution Prevention Program Coordinator, Emergency Response Coordinator.
