Dear Supplier/Consultant/Sponsor:

On June 11, 12 & 13, 2003, Headwaters Cooperative Recycling (HCR) and the Ethanol Producers And Consumers (EPAC) will be hosting a very unique conference. Entitled Under the Big Sky Greening Conference 2003, it will be held in beautiful Big Sky, Montana. It is the combination of the annual EPAC and bi-annual HCR conferences. Major sponsors at this time are consumer products and foods company - UniLever, the National Park Service, and the Environmental Protection Agency.

The conference will focus on new and existing partnerships among local communities, agencies and private industry. It is envisioned that attendees will obtain a greater understanding and awareness of environmental stewardship, sustainability, energy conservation, and the expansion of renewable fuels. In addition, technical sessions and exhibits on such topics as recycling, composting, alternative fuels (ethanol and bio diesel), and renewable energy will be highlighted.

The conference is expected to draw attendees from within the Rocky Mountain Region as well as other surrounding states. The conference will culminate on June 13th with the dedication of the regional composting facility located in West Yellowstone, Montana, followed by a guided bus tour of Yellowstone National Park and the Under the Big Sky Greening Golf Tournament.

This is a unique opportunity for you to contact and provide information to a wide cross section of both public and private sector groups and individuals. Please contact Roger Sicz at 406-538-8015, e-mail rsicz@lewistown.net for more information on exhibiting or sponsoring the conference.

The conference planning committee is developing an excellent program. We expect to draw well over 300 participants. This is an invitation for you to join us!

Sincerely,
