EPA Pesticide Programs
Abstract: EPA and the states (usually the State Department of Agriculture) register or license pesticides for use in the United States. They also designate restricted-use pesticides, and regulate pesticide applicator certification. State pesticide programs may also regulate fertilizer and pesticide storage, mixing, and loading areas.
